GARDEN OF VERSAILLES II

A beautiful location a few miles south of Paris. We spent half a day there walking and walking and still didn't see but a tiny part of the park.  (11" x 15")

CARCASSONNE

A medieval city in the south of France. A  fascinating place, pretty much the same as it was centuries ago except for the modern vendors pushing their wares. We spent about an hour there before it grew too dark to navigate the narrow streets. The wife and two of our three kids are in the scene. Our older son must have been chatting with a mademoiselle at the time.

GLIDER WEATHER

Northern France, somewhere between Metz and Paris. Gliders were soaring near a small town along the route. (15" x 22")

This scene actually contained hundreds of boats safely anchored  from the raging North Sea just a few hundred yards away. (15" x 22") $200.00

CALM HARBOR

This is a location near a small city named La Val Andre. The English Channel was a raging cauldron, but this harbor was protected from the strong wind. In reality there were many more boats, but I wanted to simplify the scene. (15" x 22")
