We spent a few days with our son in North Carolina last week. All I can think is that if it is this scenic in the dead of winter, then the scenery must be outstanding during the other seasons. The son assures us that it is.
My son now has this painting. I painted it several years ago--back in the 80's--and recently had the chance to photograph it. I had to take the photo through the picture glass, so the quality isn't the best. Anyway, here it is. (22" x 15").
Thank you for visiting my blog. Please spend some time here. I hope you enjoy my paintings. I'm not a professional artist--although I've sold paintings--and I don't have aspirations for becoming one. The fact that I enjoy painting is all the motivation I need to keep dipping the brush and slapping on the paint. I believe there are thousands of other painters who hold a similar philosophy. As you can see I have several categories (collections) listed below that you can view. Once again, enjoy your visit. Bookmark and return again. I appreciate your kind remarks.
