I recently purchased Ian Roberts's book Mastering Composition. This gem contains many landscape paintings, and although Roberts seems to be primarily an oil painter, the principles he explains apply to any two-dimensional art medium. I've enjoyed reading it and intend to refer to it often. (See Miscellaneous: Creative Authenticity.)

Oh by the way do you recommend a certain book about theory of colours?
I want to read about this subject but don't know any good books!!
